By accessing or using the NOVA8X website, platform or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms are a working draft prepared for pre-launch purposes and are subject to change following final legal review.

You must be of legal age in your country of residence and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement to register an account with NOVA8X.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. NOVA8X reserves the right to request verification of identity where reasonably necessary.

Registration for a free NOVA8X membership is available to eligible individuals. Each member selects a unique username at the time of registration, which is used to identify the member within the platform and, where applicable, in the Global Powerline registration sequence.

A free membership does not, by itself, entitle a member to platform commissions, placement earnings or any financial reward. Access to income-related features requires an active platform subscription and satisfaction of applicable qualification rules described in the Opportunity section of this website.

The NOVA8X Platform Subscription is a service fee for continued access to platform tools, resources and features, currently referenced at USD1/day (USD30/month), collected as three (3) instalments of USD10.

The platform subscription is a fee for services and is not, and must never be represented as, an investment, deposit, security or savings product. Payment of the subscription does not create or guarantee any right to income, profit or return of any kind.

Subscription pricing, billing cycles and collection methods described on this website are illustrative and remain subject to confirmation and final legal and financial review.

"Business activation" refers to a member completing the steps required (including an active platform subscription and any applicable qualification criteria) to become eligible to participate in structural placement and business-building features of the platform.

Eligibility criteria, activation requirements and any associated fees are described elsewhere on this website and remain subject to change and final confirmation.

The Global Powerline refers to a single, global sequence in which activated members are registered in the order they join the platform.

Registration within the Global Powerline reflects sequence and structural position only. It does not represent, promise or guarantee any level of income, commission, rank or financial outcome. Any potential benefit associated with the Global Powerline depends on the platform's applicable rules, overall community activity and other factors outside NOVA8X's control.

Eligible, activated members may be structurally placed within a 2x2 auto-placement arrangement as part of the platform's community structure.

The 2x2 auto-placement describes structural placement only. It does not guarantee earnings, income, spillover or any specific financial result for any member.

Members agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Making income, earnings or lifestyle guarantees or claims of any kind to prospects, other members or the public.
• Misrepresenting NOVA8X, its products, subscription, Global Powerline or 2x2 auto-placement structure.
• Using misleading, false or deceptive marketing materials, including edited or fabricated income screenshots.
• Uploading unlawful, infringing, defamatory or fraudulent content.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform or other members' accounts.
• Operating multiple accounts or registrations for the purpose of manipulating placement or structure.

All trademarks, logos, text, graphics, training materials, software and other content made available on the NOVA8X platform are the property of NOVA8X or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use platform content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with their membership, and must not reproduce, redistribute or create derivative works without prior written consent.

NOVA8X reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account, subscription or platform access where there are reasonable grounds to believe these Terms, applicable law or platform policies have been breached.

Members may close their account at any time by following the process described on the platform. Certain obligations under these Terms will survive termination.

NOVA8X may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, applicable law or operational requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NOVA8X and its officers, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including any loss of income, profit or business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
