The MasterCoach role exists to help members build entrepreneurial knowledge, mindset and skills through structured, credible mentorship within the NOVA8X ecosystem.
What the role does
Core responsibilities.
Education delivery
Support the delivery of NOVA8X training content and learning sessions.
Leadership development
Help develop the next generation of NOVA8X leaders and coaches.
Standards and quality
Maintain the quality, accuracy and integrity of coaching content and guidance.
Community support
Answer questions and provide encouragement to members in a professional manner.
Continuous learning
Stay engaged with NOVA8X updates, materials and best practices.
